A climb for Accelerate change.

High on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, a group of friends from across the United States set out to answer one question: What are you made of?

Led by leadership coach and Accelerate Change founder Ben Patwa, the climb brings together a group of driven individuals who leave behind comfort and certainty for seven days on Africa’s tallest peak. What starts as a physical challenge becomes something deeper each step up the mountain strips away the noise of everyday life and forces the climbers to confront the limits they’ve quietly accepted about themselves.

Through altitude sickness, exhaustion and moments of doubt, on this expedition we focused to capture the group discovering that the fear and the ceiling they thought were real were never set by their bodies, they were set by their minds. Kilimanjaro becomes the mirror: a place where willpower is tested and rebuilt, and where the summit is as much a mental victory as a physical one.

NOTE: This is a highlight reel from the climb — not the full film.
